Come Holy Spirit ...

1	Like the woman at the well, I was seeking For things that could not satisfy. And then I heard my Savior speaking— “Draw from My well that never shall run dry.”
	Fill my cup, Lord; I lift it up Lord; Come and quench this thirsting of my soul. Bread of Heaven, feed me till I want no more. Fill my cup, fill it up and make me whole.
2	There are millions in this world who are seeking For pleasures earthly goods afford. But none can match the wondrous treasure That I find in Jesus Christ my Lord.

it's the simple things

a milder spell of weather has hit central Canada ... Praise the Lord for that!  the frigid temps were so restrictive ... i captured this scene on my walk the other day ... in our small town kids still get together for pick up hockey ... makes me smile ... and feel thankful ... 

Who holds tomorrow ...

we heard this old hymn during our tv church this morning ... written by Ira Stanphill after his own crisis of faith ( http://www.paxplena.com/2008/03/song-of-week-i-know-who-holds-tomorrow.html ) ... i went hunting through my pics to find a backdrop for the chorus ... just sharing ... blessings on your sunday!

morning sunrise ...

i watch the skies ... not like a watchman might, but more like someone who thrills in the beauty that GOD creates and shares with His children ... camera at the ready - this was what i experienced this morning ...  i could hear Jesus words, "Come and see ... "  ... after seeing, i could only exclaim, Your Mercies are NEW every morning, Praise your Name Lord!
