the new view

this is our new view ... very rural ... very quiet ... *smile* ... i bet it will be lovely in the summer ... and though it is rural, our town is only 4 minutes away!

this morning i was too tired to concentrate on the Word ... but not too tired to thank the Lord for His many blessings throughout the move ... i just sat, sipping my coffee ... admiring the peaceful new scene, saying "thank You, thank You ... " over and over ...

abiding in Him DOES make all the difference ...

having praying friends/family was another blessing ...

and gratefully accepting the help that was so willingly and generously offered ...

maybe when my mind is more rested, i will see more clearly to share other blessings from these past 2 months ... hey, wait a minute! has it only been 2 months? sheesh, seems like 6 at the moment! *grin* ...

... to be cont'd ...

It's like a painting! Nice to see that you have sunshine to go with it. Enjoy and be blessed.

Glad to see you settled in and I think it is time for you and Leo to kick back and just take it easy for a few days... catch up on some much needed rest and sleep. God is so good.

JB ... amen, without Him i would be lost! and the settling is happening, but first i need to go clean the old homestead!

elizabeth ... all blessings gratefully accepted! :o) and this place has a garage, so no more sweeping snow off the car! wa-hoo!

ginger ... it reminded me of a painting too ... the sunrises on this side, so lovely to see in the morning ...

osray ... i agree about the kicking back! i'm glad the olympics are on, leo can concentrate on them rather then the extra pain the move inflicted on him ... but all is good - i'm so relieved!

This is your view????!!!!!! Stunning, I say. Simply stunning. :)

I know someone's husband who would absolutely LOVE this!

I'm so glad to hear that the move went well, and that you guys are settling in. Moving is most stressful.

But you're right - abiding in Him does make all the difference.

Bless you, my friend. :)
