never doubt ...
i was trying to organize some of my pictures ... and of course got side tracked (normal occurrence for me!) ... and ended up making this little poster ... :o) ... just "fly by blogging" ... life has had a steady normal rhythm this week ... filled with work, play, gardening, biking and even a call from my doctors office ... i apparently have high cholesterol and need meds ... * smiling, shaking head* ... i knew eating all those chocolates would eventually catch up with me!may your weekend be blessed ...

Oh do some research online before taking those awful drugs to lower cholesterol!! A friend here has lowered his naturally...and it saves your muscles...it will weaken ALL your muscles eventually...including the heart muscle!! A friend who took care of her elderly mom had to take her off those meds prior to her knee surgeries...she asked why...THEN they told her it was because those drugs weaken all muscles!! Hmmmm....you know why they call doctoring "practicing medicine",right? Take care of yourself...we need doctors, but we can do some things to help ourselves too. Recently saw a rawdiet site...sure was an intesting idea that seems to have helped a lot of people!! Blessings!!

I love that saying! Good thing to remember when things aren't going well.
Love the 'negative' ... very lovely! I agree with Elizabeth ... there are lots of ways to lower cholesterol ... worth checking out before committing to the 'meds' ... just a thought ...
life around our part of the woods is settling into a rhythm too ... today we took a beautiful hike while our pooch was at the groomers ... not wanting to waste gas driving back and forth while she got prettied up. I'll post pictures later tonight hopefully.
enjoy your weekend ... and savor the chocolate ... a little nibble here ... a little nibble there ... ;)
Hi Saija,
Finding the light is very hard at the moment.
I wish you and Leo well. At the moment pain is ruling my life.
Uh, Oh, mine is high too, Saija. My doctor did not put me on medicine. I eat oatmeal most every day. And I believe I recently heard that a handful of walnuts a day would lower it and some other things- fish, omega 3's? And I think exercise helps.
I might as well throw in my thought about cholesterol....I often think that heridity and genes play as big a role as what we eat. Of course we want to do all we can to keep it in check, but you look very healthy to me.
Give up chocolate...no way!!
rhythm is good...i want to find mine.
i had bloodwork done this past week and see the doctor tomorrow...i'd hate to have to give up chocolate.
Getting sidetracked is a most enjoyable past-time...don't you think so? I do. smile. Sorry to hear your 'c' is high. Mine is always borderline..but chocolate will spike mine but it drops after I stay away from chocolate...well, that was a Valentine binge! (that time) better run, I'm missing our hockey game...play-offs for the Stanley Cup!
Hey Saija, thanks for dropping by. I try to catch Beth on Wed. nights when I can. This is the 4th or 5th study I am doing now. Lots of homework. Life changing. Drawing me to His Word and into His heart, Truly anointed teaching. Be blessed.
~Love, Sita~
(Someone else asked about that 'bridge' animation, so I sent the code you sent.)
