just an fyi re leo's newest doc ... we like him ... *smile* ... and all indications point to him staying in our little town ... yay!!!! can't believe the day has finally arrived ... a doctor who has settled here ... with his family ... by choice!
this was the 3rd time we visited with him since december ... he is trying some new things with leo, hoping to give him some relief from the day to day chronic pain ...
after the past 4 years of revolving door doctors - we have some hope ... thank you Lord!
"if ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." John 15:4
i like the word ABIDE ... i want to alway ABIDE in Him who has redeemed me ...

Praise the Lord! I'm glad to
hear of this doctor and your
new-found hope. I pray the
Lord will use him to offer
some real help to your husband
so at least some of this pain
can be banished.
Blessings,
Sandy
Thank the Lord, that is wonderful news, Saija. I love your photo too.
Thinking of you and your upcoming trip. Praying for traveling mercies and for Leo's health. Hugs ~
Great news! It seems like the days of having a doctor for life are gone...I sure miss our old family doctor from our home town.
Dear Saija,
I pray that this doctor will abide with you.
Knowing the blessings it is with a GP who knows his clients. Our little family have been blessed to have the same GP for 17 years and midst in chronic illness this have been of immense help to us.
Thanks to Our Heavenly Father who knows our needs, even before we speak.

I'm so glad that Leo's doctor is staying, and that he has some fresh hope for relief in the future.
Good news and an answer to your prayers.
That's wonderful! I know how many Dr's you have been through. It's truly an answer to prayer.
I love the picture you included.
Glad for the silver lining in the cloud Saija an d leo
Great news, Leo and Saija!
"Abide: to wait for; to endure without yielding; to bear patiently; to accept without objection; to remain in a state or fixed state; to continue in a place.
Abide with me.
(I read this whole quote in a book once and I had to copy it out. Sadly, I don't remember the book and I did not note it... but I love it!).
This is so good to hear. I hope that the things this doc has in mind to try turn out to be good and helpful. And "abide" is one of my favorite Spirit words. Thanks for the reminder.
I'm so happy to hear this. How can doctors properly treat us if they only care about growing a practice and not personal care?
May the Lord bless this doctor and meet his every need, and may Leo greatly benefit from being his patient!
I've been reading your blog for quite a number of years - as a "lurker". (Although I hate that term!) Prayed for your sister, Leo and family. Will continue to offer up prayer for you all (quietly from the sidelines) during your travels.
Just wanted to say thank you for your believing heart and inspirational words. You have encouraged me on more than one occasion.
Thought you might like to know your blog is far reaching. :-)

Wonderful news! I'm so happy for Leo, and for you, too, as I know it will be a load off your mind for Leo to have consistent care from the same doctor. I hope the new doctor is able to give Leo some relief from his chronic pain.
