just saying hi ...

the robins are hopping around everywhere, here in our little town ... they don't know how much i've missed them!  and how happy i am to finally see them back and nesting ...

so what have i been up to since my arizona adventure?  well, here's a list of some things from my world:

  • doctors appointments!!!  it's the age, isn't it?  leo's new doctor has been seeing him monthly ... then lab work ... yup ... that takes time ... and i always go with leo ...
  • my glaucoma doc still hasn't decided how best to help me out ... i saw him last month and will see him again in the summer ...
  • family visits and get togethers - those are sweet times, i appreciate them more and more as i mature ...
  • my walks ... and now bike rides are back ... yay!
  • a bit of yard work - though things are still slow ...

nothing too exciting, yet it seems that the days pass by so quickly ... and every day i count the many blessings in my life - God is good ...

hope you all are having a blessed springtime too!

Hi Saija! We've had lots of storms here, but still are enjoying Spring. Warming weather and some blossoms are wonderful!

I'm so glad to see your little robin. Thank God Spring has come. It's great you can ride your bike now.

He is so very good. I've been able to ride my bike a few times, but the rain and extreme winds we've been having have limited that more than I'd like.

It must be wonderful to be able to ride a bike! I haven't ridden once since I was 19 or 20. My hubby never learned to ride one...so, we just didn't. But it sounds like such fun.

Yay for robins! Lately I've been seeing a pair of bluejays in my yard and they are so much fun to watch.

Springtime seems to have passed us right by here in Austin. We're already having near 100 degree days. It's going to be a long summer!
