the early bird ...
after some hot and humid days, we got some rain last night ... i caught mr. robin enjoying this little puddle - he was having his morning bath !!!! made me smile ... we were on the same page - praising the LORD for rain!!!
It's been very dry here too, and we've also been praising for a little rain this week. We bought a bird bath and the birds around here have been enjoying it too. :)
Phenomenal shots. You are one of my favorite photographers. I also love your short, but oh so well formulated comments. My best wishes from a Norway which has had the most rainy summer in eighty years.
We need to tell Felisol to send a little rain from Norway! We've had a dryer than usual summer as well, but not nearly as bad as the central and southern states.
No bird baths here - we have a 5-acre pond - plenty of water for the birds. :) I enjoyed your photos!
Oh it sure looks like Mr. Robin is enjoying every drop of water! We are actually having a nice rain this morning - so needed! Enjoy the showers of blessings He rains down on us every day! Hugs!
What sweet pictures! Aren't cameras the greatest invention since sliced bread? R got me a pocket size one I carry with me almost constantly. Its sort of high tech for dummies....you know...grin....point and shoot! That I can do..=) Hope you are having a restful summer. I'm glad we still blog and can touch base now and then. Its so nice!

Aw, that is so cute. I saw a bunch of little birds bathing in my back driveway the other day after the rain. :)

Lots of rain in GA this last month too...our bird bath is a busy place in the hot weather too.
