yesterday was a GREAT day for bike riding ... t-shirt and shorts weather ... lovely! after doing the housework, i went for a few rides around town ... soooon, there will be green shoots on the trees and the grass will be vibrant ... not quite yet ... but soooon ...
the pic of my bike was taken at the town dock ... i sat and enjoyed the quiet beach area, still slumbering in it's early springtime state ... but soooon to be filled with the laughter of children ...
soooon ...
which reminds me of a chorus for your sunday morning ...
Soon and very soon we are going to see the King
Soon and very soon we are going to see the King
Soon and very soon we are going to see the King
Hallelujah, hallelujah, Amen!

Saija,
I truly enjoyed reading your posts today. I am sorry to hear about your cat. I know how difficult it is to lose a dearly loved pet. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Your blog brings me inspiration. Thank you for sharing your heart.
badoozie ... me too! i love it that the ice is off the lake ... and that t-shirts and no socks are becoming the norm! yay!!!
shunt ... thank you ... and yes, we sure have been sad this week - tho' getting used to the idea of no loveable feline to greet us, morn, noon and night ...
I'm glad you were able to get out of the house for awhile and clear your head. How are the salt mines?
Dear Saija...I like that chorus..
Finally the leaves are starting to pop out here too and there are dandelions!!
Spring has arrived!
Have a great week at the salt mines!!..Love Terry
Beautiful picture!
What a beautiful area you are blessed to live in. I can just imagine it filling with children and families as the season warms up.
I love that chorus too, it's a chorus of hope that one day soon, we SHALL see the King! I can't wait!
jeanette ... the salt mines feel confining this year ... i was actually thinking of "semi-retiring" last year - and i am still thinking/praying about it this year ... in the meantime "hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work i go ... "
terry ... you guys are popping before us - but soooon we will have some summer colours happening! sooon! blessings on ya!
maiju ... it's nice to share our surroundings, isn't it? :o)
pat ... i am blessed, and i do know it! ... yes, that chorus is an encouraging one for those of us who love Jesus - soon and very soon! blessings on your week!
Looks like a wonderful place to ride.
Take Care
Michael
THIS is where you got to ride??? Wow! Beautiful.
I simply must do the same, or at least start walking again.
michael ... it is ... *grin* ... and low low traffic ... which is great for me, since sometimes i still get wobbly on the bike!!
gayla ... ya, i know - i can hardly wait when things BLOOM ... we had a good rain today - maybe that'll speed things up? maybe? :o)
Sounds like a gorgeous day in your neighborhood. It has been fabulous here...but I won't be planting my garden yet. You just never know. The first year we moved here we had snowfall the second week of June...nothing major but snow nonetheless so garden don't go in until mid May.
Have a great day!
What a beautiful day you must have had, biking and soaking in the sunshine. I'm glad for you!
I am enjoying warmer weather too. It cuts down on the back aches and stiffness. God bless.
kathleen marie ... here too, we don't plant until after the long weekend in May ... but i just had to play in my patch of dirt! :)
maggie ann ... it was great ... i thank the Lord for each day that has such peace in it ... Ya!!
sista cala ... it does, doesn't it? we are loving the sunshine too!
