royal ... ya, Texas would be great (your wife left a note one day and she sounded so sweet) ... there are lots of places closer to winnipeg BUT we want small town as long as we can manage ... asking, seeking, knocking! that must be my 2006 beginning motto!
royal ...ooops, now isn't that the way things get all muddled up! i wondered at the way she worded it ... :o) ... and you know, this house selling/buying/moving would be a fun thing if leo weren't so darn sick ... chronic pain sure restricts the enjoyment of life - i'm glad we will all have healthy perfect bodies one day - YAY!
I have always loved the song that goes, "Day by Day and with each passing moment, strength I find to meet my trials here, Trusting in my Father's wise bestowment, I've no cause for worry or for fear..." It is the only thing we can cling to in this day!!
Blessings...hopefully someone in the body of faith nearby will come forward to help you with lodging if you get caught a bit long "between"...we have done such in the past and had others do for us! We ALL need each other, don't we?
maggie ann ... thank you! it was a good night ... our friend arrives tomorrow to help us do a few things this week ... so that will be super! :) ... feeling somewhat more optimistic, i am asking, seeking, knocking - and the Lord will open the right window for us!
Elizabeth ... i was singing along, that is a lovely old hymn ... we DO have a place to go for 6/7 weeks, which means putting things in storage ... but we are still hopeful that something will come up for us - a little more permanent ... i feel better today ... this emotional roller coaster ride is the worst for me ... especially since i don't like rides! *smiling*
ginger ... isn't it nice? i love the work of the old artists, they show a different era and capture the feeling of the time too! thank you for the prayer! much appreciated!

I heard a pastor say this week that for years he has made a habit of having his knees hit the floor in the morning before his feet.
God Bless Saija
We have some houses available in our neighborhood.

LOL - That was a friend that goes to our church not my wife. She is a nice lady though. She doesn't live with me, but we do serve our Lord together.
I know there must be a little stress for you in the not knowing where to go.
This is a great opportunity to be blessed by your faith.

Wonderful picture. A simple, quiet life that brings us back to a life that was more difficult, yet in many ways more satisfying.
His mercies are new every morning! Amen
