and we have ... a doctor!

thank you so much for praying for us ... you guys really don't know how much it means to have friends far and near - in prayer - on our behalf ... totally humbling ... and also - TOTALLY answered prayer!

we had to drive through really yucky weather ... snow and blowing snow, icy roads - yet it only took 25 minutes one way ... so on good days, it should be a much shorter trip compared to our old doctor's office!

the doctor took us in 5 minutes early ... we spoke with him for about 20 minutes ... he had no problem taking leo on - and NO problem giving leo his usual list of meds ...

WOW! we are so thankful ...

we also felt comfortable with the new office staff ... especially the receptionist, who was very very nice ... the receptionist at our old doctors office - didn't like us - we never knew why?

this was all probably God's way of moving us on ... though we were shaking in our boots ...

so thank you, AGAIN, for your prayer ... we are tired, yet at peace & joyful!

Dear Saija...I was thinking on my way home that I was going to write to you and ask you if the Lord Who gave you the new house also give you a new doctor?
I don't even have to ask. I am so happy for you!!
It is almost like..."Before they call, I will answer, and while they are yet speaking, I will hear....Love Terry

terry ... doctors are such a major part of any chronic patient's life - so we are just tickled that it worked out to have one closer to us - with nicer office staff! who could ask for more, as we watch the wind swirl outside our condo window! the verse you quoted is perfect!

Does the new doctor seem to be knowledgeable about Leo's condition or is it too soon to tell?

elizabeth ... yes, a good receptionist really makes the doctor's visit better ... she was helpful and friendly ... :o)

Sandy ... we have experienced many changes in the last year ... this was a surprise change (doctor), but i'm hoping a change for the better!!!

jeanette ... he actually was knowledgable about arachnoiditis! yay! and he also knew how restrictive this condition is and seemed quite sympathetic ... so we were pleasantly surprised ...

linda ... at every turn, He shows His love towards us ... "Amazing Grace, how can it be, that thou my God shouldst die for me" ... if i've learned anything over this past year of changes - it's that God cares about even the smallest of details in our lives ...

pt ... oh, i'm so glad we both had good visits! ... :o) ... blessings on ya ... thanks for praying ...

eija ... it's nice to spread happiness about, isn't it? :o)
