time

"Sometimes we limit God. Sometimes we think God must work on our schedules. But God will not be bound by time. God will not be bound by our schedules. God will work when He chooses and with whom He chooses. Therefore, there will be times when our circumstances don't make sense. Even then, we need to trust Him." Greg Laurie from For Every Season

isn't that the truth of it! i like my life nice and tidy ... i like to know the how, when, where ... i would really prefer not to step off the old mountain top into an unknown abyss ...

but with God all things ARE known, aren't they? He will clue us in at the proper time ...

as you've guessed, i'm encouraging myself on! reminding myself that i am in a good place, God's hand, God's will and God's timing ...

so i guess now i can go to bed and sleep in peace ... sweet dreams ...

What a wonderful thought from Greg Laurie and so true!

We might be moving too. That's in God's hands at the moment. I'll let youknow more when the time comes.

Thanks for the great quote! I am surely often in such spots! WONDERING...what is the meaning of the current situation...guess it is just life. Sometimes later on, we can see the reason...sometimes not...but still we must go on trusting our FATHER to keep taking care of us...what other choice do we have?
Blessings to you....also with a move in our future...where or when not known at this time. Still there is much to be done (for you too I know!) Guess we just do what is needing to be done each day and just follow along...step by step!

elizabeth ... step by step ... if we try to grasp the whole picture all at once, well that is heart failure time! not doable! but step by step ... (hugs)

And, Saija, while you are encouraging yourself, you are also encouraging me! Thanks for an uplifting post.
