peace ...

the world seeks for peace ... but their definition of peace depends on where you live and who is in power ... Jesus offers peace ... unseen ... free ... wholly attainable ... and it sets the captive, troubled, heart free - regardless of circumstances ...

These things have I spoken unto you, that in me ye may have peace. In the world ye have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him. John 3:16, 17

IN OUR WORLD -- these passages are what are needed --
U would think that the Christian would be "well grounded" in them but the truth is - we need to keep re-applying them -- like manna , only good for one day at a time - we need to drink daily and feed daily HIS WORD, HIS LIFE -- WHAT A GREAT GOD WE HAVE
