my hope ...

But I will sing of your strength,
in the morning I will sing of your love;
for you are my fortress,
my refuge in times of trouble.
O my Strength, I sing praise to you;
you, O God, are my fortress,
my loving God.
Psalm 59: 16-17

my hope is in the Lord! my trust is not misplaced! He has never failed to restore my soul or help when i've called to Him ...

leo continues tired, but otherwise fine ... we cannot complain about life, because it is good ... and we have been blessed through the years ... even though this pain walk has been so very odd ... and it can make a soul weary ... after the trials and tests are done, there is much to praise God about ... and hopefully we can be witnesses of His care and love ...

thank you for your encouragement ... and i hope your sunday has been blessed!

You already are a witness of his care and love... you have been such a blessing to me since I have met you in this blogging sphere..
You are so very strong with your care of Leo, and his strength in spite of his trials and tribulations is an encouragement to me!
your crowns will be great when you get to heaven...

you are truly used by the Lord to bless so many of us; you and leo are in my prayers daily. i look forward to the day when we will finally meet, whole and healed in heaven. may this week be easier than last. grace to you both. sara

I'm happy to hear that Leo is improving. I think that probably Leo is not the only one who is tired in your household, this chronic pain must be tiring both physically and mentally to you both, so I will continue to pray for the two of you.

mimi ... we have lots of scratches & bruised knees too from the many many times we fall in this walk of ours ... i hope i show those as well, in this blog of mine - and that the bruises might encourage too, knowing that God always picks us up!!! thank you for your kind words! they did encourage ...

sara ... whole & healed in heaven! amen! that is the thought that makes me pray "Lord let me NOT be a stumbling stone" to anyone watching us ... blessings on you!

mari ... yet it is emotionally tiring and draining ... and though i have been in the word MORE these past months & years, the devil can still try & steal my "joy of the Lord" when i need that joy for my own well being ... so i appreciate the prayer of any dear soul who thinks to offer it on our behalf!

Susan ... yes, it was almost normal ... :o) ... i will take "almost" any day! blessings on you!

Saija
I received a comment from Tina Trivett on my blog...
she suffers from Fibromyalgia... and has chronic pain... I think maybe you two can encourage each other in the walk that God has selected you to walk in this life. Her blogs are fibro-blues and Poetry by Tina Trivett

Tereve!
Oh Saija I havn't been on here in a very long time and I've missed you sooooo much!

I had to take a look and all the posts I missed and catch up. Squeaks is so cute. I think God made kitties to make us smile and laugh when we need to the most.

Glad to know that Leo is doing better. I keep you all in my prayers.

Can you please help my with more Finnish? How do you say "Let's go", "Come here" and "Stop"?

I have a site that I look up some words on but I don't know how to pronounce them!

Love and prayers,
Little Montreal Girl

Saija - I worry about you when you don't post for a few days. Hope you and Leo are doing alright. We are leaving for a week away (to see our son graduate from basic training) I probably won't be able to respond to your posts, but will continue to pray for you.
