the world i live in ...

the summer is rapdily drawing to a close ... so i thought i'd take some pictures of my immediate world ... starting with our condo central ... everything is still green and cozy ...
here is the bench that i coax leo to walk to ... sit a spell ... then walk back ... it hasn't happened very often this year ... but as you can see, it is an inviting stop ... from here, you can see the beach ....
this is what the town dock and beach look like on a september afternoon ... there is one lone fisherman at the end of the dock ... it's a relaxing place to be ... just enjoying God's handiwork on loving display all around ...

i have much to be thankful for ... YAY for my God, whos mercies are new every morning ...

blessings on your week!

It looks so lovely, I don't think I'd ever want to move...except in the winter!
I love September and October, they are months of reflection and quieting of the spirit.

I love your little condo. It is just what I need. And I'm glad Leo can get out some and see the beach. How wonderful!

You do have much to be thankful for. The world you live in is lovely. If I had a bench like that nearby, you would have to tear me away from it.

I love it when people do this and let us see where you live!! You do have a beautiful view!! I imagine it is hard for Leo to get out there but he really should try!! It is so beautiful and soon it will be cold!! I know that the cooler weather is already coming your way. Still HOT here!!

Dear Saija,
wonderful surrounding of your home.
My heart aches for Leo.
Is the "threshold" high for him to sot in a wheelchair?
Then he would at least get out and enjoy the beautiful view.
Who am I to talk. You sure have thought that matter through.
Don't you hate it when know how'ers come with their stupid, but well meant advices?
I am happy that you still are able to enjoy your Manitoban days.
