just another warm January day ...

Leo had his 3 month doctor's visit today ... it seemed spring time warm out there as we did the 40 minute trip ... so different from last January's doctor visit ... today was a pretty good day overall ... and Leo bought his first cane ... he's been staying away from helps like that because if you can get by - then you get by ... but the cane will help steady him on the days when his legs don't want to do their job ...

so the day has zoomed by ... time to hit the sack praying ... i like to fall asleep talking to the Lord ... that way i hope to wake up praising Him ... to set my heart's clock on the faith timetable ...

oh, i thought i would post a "backyard picture" for you ... soon there will be a new backyard to take pictures of! soon ...

Living by faith...trusting, confiding in His great love, safe from all harm in His sheltering arms...I'm living by faith and feel no alarm!

It is the goal of all of us during transitions in life, isn't it? Blessings on you...we are not long behind you I think...our next move looms yet ahead and we see it coming...just no clue yet as to where, when or HOW!! We know time here is coming to a close and just pray the guidance as to where next will be very strong so we get it right!!

Great back Yard. It invites walkin and splorin and tree climbin. When I was a kid we owned 10 acres across the street from us and I used to love walking around in "the forest". There were also corn fields but I was a little more attracted to the woods. :o)
I hope you find a place with Trees.

elizabeth ... your where/when/how is exactly our questions ... there is a peace, underneath my nervousness ... as long as God is in control, i can rest!

cptnwow ... yes, our backyard has been a wonderful spot ... that is the frozen creek that you see with snowmobile tracks on it ... we thank the Lord for this haven of rest ... and look forward to the next leg of our journey! yay, God!

mrsd ... it seems things come in/out ... but nothing pans out ... pretty quiet market here at the moment ... we do have the option of storing and staying somewhere else until april - but it would be good to rent and take our time if need be ... my stress rolls in and out too ... it all depends on leo's health - his limitations are just glaring now ... God's purpose in everything ...

Hope the cane works well for Leo. That, and a wonderful view like this should help.

peg ... all 4 seasons hold a charm ... i wonder what the new place will hold? wonder wonder wonder!

fred ... ya, the cane should help ... poor guy was using my grandma's cane (too short for him, he's 6') when he needed one - finally broke down and bought his own!

allie ... hi there! Texas is a lovely state ... we have friends there and visited it often ... AND the snow is great to look at - in pictures! ... :o) sometimes the sun/snow combo is so alluring, and i think i should go take a snapshot of that - sometimes i do and sometimes sitting by the warm fire is so much more preferable! blessings to you & Royal!
