last day of September 2007

i took this pic yesterday ... then i added the verse just now ... i love doing these kinds of things ... it always amazes me how the ordinary can become extra-ordinary, with just a little attention to detail ...

i have been busy with helping family move this week ... monday it was my brother (finally into his new house!) ... and today it was my cousin, into her new place ... during the process i discovered that i use totally different muscles for bike riding ... can anyone say hot bath time? ... *lop-sided grin* ...

tomorrow is leo's doctor appt. ... we started seeing this doctor in January (i blogged about it), and he's been so good to us ... now he is LEAVING the area in November ... we are extremely sad ... but God must have a purpose in us seeking out yet another family doc for leo ... we will just continue to pray ...

blessings on your week, blog buds ... you all brighten and cheer my days!

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

I do hope you find another Doc. that will have compassion and wisdom. Prayers for you both, & I hope your muscles calm down...

Oh, I LOVE that Schweitzer quote! I'd never seen it before. Thanks for posting it, Saija.

And blessings as you seek a new doctor for Leo.

ha -- yeah, it's amazing how many muscles we have but don't know about until we help someone move, eh? :)

sheez, it's like a neverending merry-go-round with doctors -- sorry about that. hopefully the next doctor will be even more wonderful!

Saija, I am sorry to hear about the doctor, but as you said, maybe God has something else in mind and we know that is always for our best! :-)

Beautiful picture. You and Jel are so talented.

I will remember both you and Leo in my prayers.

God's Grace.

Beautiful picture you did with the verse overlay...it makes a picture become a sermon!!!
I am still praying for Leo... and know that God has a plan...
so let him direct you to the doctor that He has in mind for Leo...
This new Doctor may have just the treatment that Leo needs at this point in his health...
I Will pray for the Doctor that God has in mind for you as well as praying for Leo!

Such a special, pretty little picture, Saija. You are so talented. I'm glad to hear you have family close by. I like what Mimi said about the new doctor. I also pray the Lord will lead you to an excellent doctor who will really cares for and help Leo.

Saija - I am so glad to hear that Leo is having a better week. Sorry to hear about the Dr though - It is important to have a Dr you feel you can trust. I'll add that concern to my prayer list.

I really like this quote. Wow and the picturen is so pretty. I think this is the same kind of bush as we have in our yard. Does it have pink flowers? I sometimes wonder what your gardens look like. We seem to have several plants in common in our gardens! I wish I could share with you some pictures of my roses and other flowers. My brothers roll their eyes when I show my mom or sister the new pictures I've taken of my roses. They say that I already have enough flower pictures, but every one I take seems more beautiful than the one before!

I'm praying for Leo's new doctor. You're glad you don't live in Quebec. Getting a doc here is nigh impossible.

Love,
Little Montreal Girl

I left you a note at your previous post.

Dear Saija
Seeing as I am here, I thought I would read your blog.
It has been so long that I have even commented although I always am up here to read your good verses on your own lovely photos.

I am sorry to hear that Leo's doctor is leaving.
It just seems such a short while ago that we were all praying for a new doctor for him.
Well God answered that time and He can do the same again Saija!....Love Terry
