we are getting ready to build an ark! it has been unusually wet and dark here in "sunny Manitoba" ... most of us just aren't used to this kind of weather and the impact on our emotions ... so i have been trying to be my own "cheerleader" ... and overcomer of things that are completely out of my control ... which includes Leo's elevated pain levels, because of the dampness the rains are causing ...
those are my challenges this Monday morning ... what are yours?
