a reminder ...

we were watching pastor martin, from winnipeg's calvary temple last week ... he said, people get it so wrong when they say God is punishing them ... Christ paid ALL our sin debt at calvary ... so how can we be punished for it? ... however, we could be living with the consequences of  past sin ... which is different ...

i agree with him ...  God forgives our sins as far as the East is from the West ...

Amen, Hallelujah! Need this reminder from time to time though. I think we lose sight of how great God's mercy is toward us (I tend to think I deserve more, not less). Thanks, Saija! Keep warm :) Joyce
