angels watching ...

The Lord will command his Angels concerning you
To guard you in all your ways:
They will lift you up in their hands,
So that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
(Psalms 91:11-12)

i don't know what's up with me lately ... i seem to be tired, groggy and just not with it ...

example: last week while driving home from work ... i was doing highway speeds and didn't quite see this RED truck that was turning ... until i was almost IN his truck ...

recent example: this morning i almost collided with another vehicle at the gas station ... i was pulling away from the pumps and she was taking a shortcut through the pump area ... i was moving slowly, she was moving fast ... i braked, she sped up ...

tomorrow i have to go to the city for an appointment ... blah ... i better just pay attention, eh! i guess i am giving my guardian angels a bit of a work out these days ... i do believe God sends them to take care of us ... and that's what they have been doing lately! watching out for me when my brain is clogged with cotton balls ... or maybe just overloaded with the happenings of this past while ...

Thank goodness for those guardian angels. I do believe that they are there for us. I know they have been with me before too. You have had a lot on your mind lately and that could very well be the problem. Take care and be careful...Sandy

Dear Saija...When Bernie and I used to travel out west every summer by motorcycle, our friend Mr. Montean used to tell us the the angels would be working overtime for three weeks until we safely returned!!
I agree with Sandy! You be careful Saija. You are way too dear to all of us!!...Love Terry

Oh do be extra vigilant...don't work the angels overtime. But it does sound as if you are still dealing with grief...it tends to make us rather lax in being careful, watchful, etc!! Blessings and we will be anxious to hear you have made your trip to the city and back in one piece!!

sandy ... yes, those guardian angels have kept me safe through many a scrape! i will do my part in being careful, hopefully give them a bit of a break! :o)

terry ... aww, that's so sweet of you guys to care ... i am up early, drinking coffee - to be more alert i hope! ... and re driving on motorcycles out west - well you guys really are brave!

elizabeth ... i will try to stay away from high traffic places ... atleast this time my appt. is in a suberb type of area, rather than right smack busy downtown! must go get ready ...

your poor brain needs to (ptooi) spit out those cottonballs!

Good thing it's not entirely up to ourselves to watch out for ourselves. We can't see around all the corners and we can't foresee every outcome. Glad you're safe and hope you have another safe trip into town.

peace

I think a person doesn't realize how much stuff is affecting them until they try to drive. Try being the key word there.

Prayers for you. (hugs)

Have a safe trip, Saija. I guess we do get distracted easily when there are a lot of things going on in our lives. Soooooo, KEEP your mind on your driving!!! ;) Hugs to you, girl.
