beauty around us ...

this was the scene outside my window ... taken just a few moments ago ... before the sun burned the icy hoar frost away ...

isn't God's handiwork, which swirls all around us, just amazingly beautiful? ... doesn't it take your breath away?

and this is just an ordinary morning - but when a few seconds of it are captured and preserved, we see that there is nothing ordinary about the morning!

may you see the every day beauty - that is around you - this weekend ... and may it warm your heart and lift your spirits to know - God put that beauty there, just for you to see ... because HE is there, even though at times we don't SEE ....

"The simple act of stopping and looking at the beauty around us can be prayer." Patricia Barrett

That was nice that you were enjoying a morning coffee with the Lord Saija!!
Thank you for singing along with me on David's blog.
Jel said she enjoyed it!

I don't like this time of winter and not because of the snow.
I just hate hearing people bragging about the deers that they have shot.Like they are real heros!!
It breaks my heart.
I mean if they NEED to hunt that is alright but why brag about killing a mama deer that was eating beside her set of twin fawns ,old enough to shoot mind you but why kill the mother?
It makes me so hurt and mad!!
Sorry Saija that I am going on and on but I had to tell someone!
The only way that YOU shoot deer is with your camera!!...Terry

terry ... yes we just "shoot" with a camera ... leo doesn't even fish anymore ... hope you are feeling better after venting ... (hugs)
