stress 
my thought for today was "God is personally involved in each day and every detail of your life."
the day started out with disquiet, but thankfully, it is ending with peace ... there was no major problem here at home ... Leo is in pain and it is difficult - nothing new there ... it was cold outside - but it is winter in Manitoba ... the usual culprits for stress in my world ... but then i let those issues (and other "stuff") get me going in the wrong direction this morning ...
the result was disquiet ...
so back to the basics ... pray, read God's word, pray some more ... those tried and true remedies fix a heart that is singing off key ... :o)
