Hi Saija-- Oh, that's such a cute card! Is it a Tasha Tudor print? God bless... Debra
you win the prize! yes it is a Tasha Tudor, from her Springs of Joy book . . . WOW, i'm impressed that you knew that! :o)
Tee...heee... The Corgi gave it away. Oh, and I belong to a Tasha Tudor listserv group, so I guess that's cheating...smile... Have a great day, Saija! God bless... Debra
i would just love to see your collection of old prints, pictures etc etc!!! bet you have some wonderful ones, and of course the pictures you post on your blog are always so interesting ... here's some "saija trivia", i collect postcards ... i started with a California postcard that was mailed to me in 1963 (oops i'm carbon dating myself!)... the postcard has to be mailed to me, or by me, before i add it to the collection ... it is my memory chest of friends/family/time travel . . . i look through them (over 43 countries are represented) and think of people and places ... plus the collection travels well and doesn't take up much room! i'm rather practial as well!
Hey Saija! You gave me a great idea! I just now put together a new album of post cards in my From The Attic blog. So now you *can* see some of them! Here they are (hopefully): http://atticphotos.blogspot.com/2005/01/old-post-cards.htmlGod bless... Debra

I LOVE Tasha Tudor! Have many of her children's books and especially love the biographical book about her garden. Saija, we have another thing in common! I collect vintage cards too. I especially love vintage Valentines. I'm looking forward to taking them out soon. Maybe I'll post a few on my blog. :-)
