i would just love to see your collection of old prints, pictures etc etc!!! bet you have some wonderful ones, and of course the pictures you post on your blog are always so interesting ...

here's some "saija trivia", i collect postcards ... i started with a California postcard that was mailed to me in 1963 (oops i'm carbon dating myself!)... the postcard has to be mailed to me, or by me, before i add it to the collection ... it is my memory chest of friends/family/time travel . . . i look through them (over 43 countries are represented) and think of people and places ... plus the collection travels well and doesn't take up much room! i'm rather practial as well!

I LOVE Tasha Tudor! Have many of her children's books and especially love the biographical book about her garden.

Saija, we have another thing in common! I collect vintage cards too. I especially love vintage Valentines. I'm looking forward to taking them out soon. Maybe I'll post a few on my blog. :-)
